TRAINING FORMAT
Group Sessions – 4 hours in person
- Instructor presents
monthly topic for 30-60 minutes.
- Group participates in a
facilitated discussion of how the topic applies to each person and
their company.
- Participants decide and
commit to the group what specific action they will take to improve
their sales team...before the next group training session.
- Final hour reserved for
participants to share their biggest current challenge and receive group
and instructor feedback to help overcome that challenge.
Individual Session - 1 hour by phone
- Discuss past commitments and progress.
- Review content from last group
session.
- Discuss action plan for commitments
made to the group.
- Coaching on tactical work issues.
- Agree on assignment for next
individual session.
